Offshore Construction Services was established in 1988. In the early years, OCS only provided general steel fabrication to the offshore marine industry. Since then, OCCS has expanded to become an establised solution provider to our expanding clienteles in areas like turnkey projects, offshore and onshore fabrication, and complex steel fabrication structures such as shallow water jack-up rig, process piping skid and Saturation Diving Chambers etc.
