Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Management of fabrication/construction project.
  2. Planning, estimating, contract negotiation, job costing and scheduling, by analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare time, cost and labor estimates.
  3. Finalizing the written competitive customs and/or standard quotation by establishing pricing, listing exceptions to customers’ specification and determining shipping and labour costs.
  4. Reports to the General Manager.

Job Requirements:

  1. Possess thorough knowledge of heavy fabrication and welding methods, material and market standard practices.
  2. Degree in Structural Engineering, mechanical or Offshore & Gas Engineering
  3. Experience in Computerized estimating, planning and charting systems.
  4. Working knowledge of engineering and design concepts.
  5. Project analysis, take-off and estimating in heavy fabrication projects.
  6. Contract Management, scheduling, man-loading and Change-Order negotiations.
  7. Familiar with painting requirements
  8. Working knowledge of AWS, AISC and ASWE code/certification requirement.

Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide overall Management of the ongoing production operations including manpower/sub- contractors’ deployment, Inventory control, scheduling, documentation, equipment maintenance, and quality control/inspection.
  2. Assist in creation of efficient process
  3. Reports directly to General Manager

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience in fabrication of steel structural work.
  2. Knowledge of proactive measures and corrective actions to assure product improvement.
  3. Demonstrate ability in creating production methods that are well-developed, characterized, bounded and repeatable.
  4. Through knowledge of production equipment and methods from initial material take off to commissioning.
  5. Effective communication skills
  6. Diligent, dedicated and meticulous, with clear organizational skill.
  7. Ability to coordinate work with all parties, maintain professional presence and have the desire to take ownership.

Production Superintendent

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Safety, Logistical and Operational Aspects of ALL production activates.
  2. Responsible for the competence of those under his immediate supervision.
  3. Assess, grade and formulate training programs to upgrade production craftsmen with the HR Department.
  4. Full compliance with PTW system and risk assessment and verification.
  5. Manage emergency response to limit of responsibility with regards for safety of personal, vessel and environment.
  6. Directs and ENSURE the production craftsmen and leadmen to complete given task on hand in a timely and safe manner.
  7. To Build and in-corporate a culture of stepping up to voice or fix problems, to get quality right the first time, every time.

Job Requirements:

  1. At least 10 years of working experience in related production field.
  2. Supervisory experience of PTW and risk assessment.
  3. Support and develops standardized tasks, manufacturing standard operation and working activities.
  4. Must be able to interpret technical Drawings.
  5. Report to the Production Manager and Assistant Production Manager.

Production Supervisor/Assistant Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that production craftsmen under his charge are adequately trained in safe work practices of job related technical skills.
  2. Ensure compliance with company polices and procedures and all government and environmental regulatory are followed.
  3. Conduct production craftsmen performance evaluations and make recommendation regarding employee relation issues
  4. Reports to Production Superintendent

Job Requirements:

  1. 2 to 3 years of steel fittings, steel fabrication experience.
  2. Interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills required.
  3. Must have the ability to supervise production craftsmen and facilitate team work
  4. Strong organization skills, attention to details and ability to manage time sensitive, high-pressure situation.
  5. Have knowledge of hazardous material handling, safety practices and environmental regulations.
